Armando Rosalio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Cipriano Iban made a huge save. 5 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Xabat came free, but Diego Vargas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute Ramon Shantala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Iban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to El Patriarca ® getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Leopoldo Mannuel hit a great ball. Diego Vargas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Xabat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When %teams%'s Armando Rosalio was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-0 just inside the left pole, 16 minutes into the game. Cipriano Iban was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Ramon Shantala dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cipriano Iban, 2-0. Lisandro Ralondo kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Anibal Jobo's late challenge caught a Mercado Paulista F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anibal Jobo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Mercado Paulista F.C's Elvio Illart seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Elvio Illart the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Mercado Paulista F.C protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Elvio Illart had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mercado Paulista F.C! In the 36th minute there was a penalty for El Patriarca ®. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Armando Rosalio was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the El Patriarca ® defense, Ramon Shantala kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cipriano Iban. The El Patriarca ® fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cipriano Iban should have stopped the shot. In the 56th minute, Albino Asteri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mercado Paulista F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. The supporters of Mercado Paulista F.C booed when El Patriarca ® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Iliana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leopoldo Mannuel hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Albino Asteri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Iban having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Fabricio Tohias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mercado Paulista F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabricio Tohias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cipriano Iban breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes into the game, German Laurentzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mercado Paulista F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Patriarca ® the free kick. German Laurentzi kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Nicasio Urbasa lost his temper 77 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 77th minute, Nicasio Urbasa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92ndth minute of the game Armando Rosalio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Patriarca ®'s Cipriano Iban was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Laurentzi in the 94th minute of play forced El Patriarca ®'s goalkeeper Cipriano Iban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mercado Paulista F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabricio Tohias in the 95th minute. The corner led to Mercado Paulista F.C's Armando Rosalio getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Mercado Paulista F.C's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
