After 43 played minutes Volvio Moreno got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Rodas. Lucas Alario in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anier Venceslao, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Higinio Romano made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Bernardo Charro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severo Elequemedo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gualterio Bras showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 61 minute of play. Severo Elequemedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Romano, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 86th minute, Alejo Loren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute, Ubaldo Bartolome hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafael Santos Borré's late challenge caught a Volvio Moreno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Santos Borré helped the player get up and apologised. 95 minutes into the match, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's goalkeeper Severo Elequemedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gualterio Bras. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Volvio Moreno to leave the ground with a draw.
