In the 16th minute Cirilo Aballe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Dayam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erasmo Dayam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Ioritz in the 24th minute of the match. After 28 minutes of play, El Fortín de Floresta's Cirilo Aballe made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erasmo Dayam was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leonel Lekubegi lost his temper 34 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 33rd minute, one of El Fortín de Floresta:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El Fortín de Floresta. When the match had been going on for 36 minutes, Chamaicó's Esteve Abeita got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Carolo Naelio. After 38 played minutes El Fortín de Floresta got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Felo. Erasmo Dayam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Ioritz, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jairo Ioritz in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. It was Angelo Felo who took care of the corner kick. Carolo Beltxe was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esteve Abeita to make the kick off. Jairo Ioritzs short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Erasmo Dayam to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 64 minutes into the game, Jairo Ioritz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erasmo Dayam. Jairo Ioritz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-5. After a rather tough play, Chamaicó's Narciso Dimas got a free kick in the 68th minute. The El Fortín de Floresta fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when El Fortín de Floresta's Necaettin Sahir looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the Chamaicó defense, Necaettin Sahir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erasmo Dayam. The Chamaicó fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erasmo Dayam should have stopped the shot. El Fortín de Floresta played a much better game than Chamaicó and deserved their victory. The Chamaicó players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
