Nicolas Fiz hit a great ball. Aquiles Erruki was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Fidel Hug capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fidel Hug really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Erubiel Baleren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Lázaro Gonza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Potrerillo Azuleño's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Lucila came free, but Lázaro Gonza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Duardo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Aquiles Erruki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltasar Sedeni, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Patricio Bortzaioriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Aquiles Erruki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Patricio Bortzaioriz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baltasar Sedeni to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Hug in the 59th minute of play forced INTER de Córdoba's goalkeeper Aquiles Erruki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Baltasar Sedeni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquiles Erruki was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Potrerillo Azuleño's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
