The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arthur Morgan´s Club's Samuel Buinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Cordarin in the 7th minute of play. When Arthur Morgan´s Club's Feliberto Palermo in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Xeneizes's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Feliberto Palermo sped through Xeneizes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Martin Ongile. When Ernesto Sanduru fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xeneizes's protests and gave Ernesto Sanduru a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Ernesto Sanduru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Buinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Azibar in the 23rd minute of play. Delmiro Lizar lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 23 minutes into the game, one of Arthur Morgan´s Club:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ivan Cebrian kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34thth minute of the game Guaberto Azibar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arthur Morgan´s Club's Samuel Buinton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, Arthur Morgan´s Club's Martin Ongile threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Feliberto Palermo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ciriaco Froylan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Martin Ongile came out and tried to block the shot, but Ciriaco Froylan slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 38th minute. Feliberto Palermo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Martin Ongile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The supporters of Arthur Morgan´s Club booed when Xeneizes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Mincho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Buinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Cordarin in the 56th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Arthur Morgan´s Club's goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Azibar came free, but Samuel Buinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Ivan Cebrian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arthur Morgan´s Club made a substitution. Rodrigo Paublo replaced Feliberto Palermo. Martin Ongile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Paublo in the 74th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Arthur Morgan´s Club's goalkeeper Samuel Buinton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guaberto Azibar. 80 minutes into the match, Eusebio Cordarin notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Arthur Morgan´s Club's Samuel Buinton. Samuel Buinton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eloy Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Ariel Etxeberri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Arthur Morgan´s Club's Modesto Teyo got a free kick in the 95th minute. After 96 played minutes Xeneizes got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Cordarrol.
