The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute Sixto Izotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Acevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diego Idacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Edwardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Federico Osorio in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Diego Idacio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Diego Idacio made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Basilio Rojelio sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basilio Rojelio got free with Diego Idacio in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, Jonas Edwardo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Diego Idacio, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basilio Rojelio got free with Diego Idacio in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonas Edwardo took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diego Idacio. Diego Idacio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as C.A. Línea Rotativa's Jonas Edwardo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Diego Idacio. That made the score 3-0 after 33 minutes of play. In the 35th match minute, C.A. Línea Rotativa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Sotil to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Tuizón AFC's goalkeeper Diego Idacio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Osorio. Diego Idacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Rojelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Federico Osorio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Diego Idacio, 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 54 minutes, Federico Osorio made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Tuizón AFC's Diego Idacio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Diego Idacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Edwardo in the 58th minute of play. Florencio Gonza kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Carlos Hunfredo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diego Idacio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Tuizón AFC defense, Carlos Hunfredo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diego Idacio. The Tuizón AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diego Idacio should have stopped the shot. 72 minutes into the match, Tuizón AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Edwardo came free, but Diego Idacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diego Idacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Edwardo in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Tuizón AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Rojelio came free, but Diego Idacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
