The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ambrosio Paublo during the 8th minute. Placido Pedroso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonzalo Calcini in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Placido Pedroso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcos Rico charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcos Rico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Regina's Marcos Rico got a free kick in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gonzalo Calcini in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Placido Pedroso saved Club Atlético Regina from getting behind. 19 minutes into the game, Firmat Foot Ball Club's Gonzalo Calcini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Placido Pedroso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 21st minute, Leopoldo Arnalt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 minutes of play, Club Atlético Regina's Ambrosio Paublo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidoro Vitin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ambrosio Paublo took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidoro Vitin. Isidoro Vitin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

In the 54th minute, Israel Rainerio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidoro Vitin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonzalo Calcini in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. After 59 played minutes, Firmat Foot Ball Club's Marcelino Columbo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Placido Pedroso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Firmat Foot Ball Club reached it. An unexpected shot in the 61st minute by Gonzalo Calcini got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Regina's zone, Gonzalo Calcini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Placido Pedroso came out of the goal and Gonzalo Calcini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gonzalo Calcini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Placido Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Placido Pedroso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Calcini, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 89th minute Ambrosio Paublo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Vitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gonzalo Calcini's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Placido Pedroso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A hard shot 92 in the game by Gonzalo Calcini from a close distance when the talented Placido Pedroso managed to make a qualified save. Club Atlético Regina's players were relieved. A collision led to Club Atlético Regina getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Israel Rainerio hit a great ball. After 94th play minutes Gonzalo Calcini shot 3-4, a short shot which went by Placido Pedroso and just under the crossbar into goal.
