The referee showed Clemente Fonda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 11 played minutes Terapia Intensiva got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Fonda. Terapia Intensiva's Benito Maurino suffered a sore thigh after 15 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Antonio Horado's late challenge caught a Terapia Intensiva's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Horado helped the player get up and apologised. After 16 played minutes Caricancha got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Horado. Guaberto Enekoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Ledesma in the 18th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Fabricio Oliverios managed to get in a good position for a shot. Terapia Intensiva's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabricio Oliverios was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Milio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Braulio Ledesma's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guaberto Enekoitz was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 23 minutes into the match, Prudencio Goi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guaberto Enekoitz. Fabricio Oliverios ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Caricancha's Prudencio Goi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Guaberto Enekoitz. That made the score 2-1 after 31 minutes of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Terapia Intensiva:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Caricancha:s goal. The goalkeeper, Guaberto Enekoitz, was totally fooled by Caricancha's Omar Telmo, who 36 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Prudencio Goi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-1 to the left of a surprised Guaberto Enekoitz 39 minutes into the match. Clemente Fonda hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agustin Nuxila was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Braulio Ledesma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Braulio Ledesma in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guaberto Enekoitz saved Terapia Intensiva from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Caricancha had won after a very even match.
