Zacarias Erasto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th minute, Ariel Iliana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stronghold S.A fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, SopinkIYCerebro's Ovidio Gorri got a free kick in the 15th minute. Ariel Iliana might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Blasi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ariel Iliana ran back to his position shaking his head. 16 minutes into the match, Horacio Xabier notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of SopinkIYCerebro's Santiago Blasi. Santiago Blasi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd minute, Esteve Eleder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute, Zacarias Erasto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of SopinkIYCerebro booed when Stronghold S.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ragnar Vannieuwenhoven didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horacio Xabier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zacarias Erasto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Santiago Blasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Horacio Xabier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iker Bidari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Blasi having to interfere. Albano Hondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Abascal having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Albano Hondo to make the kick off. Santiago Blasi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Xabier, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, Stronghold S.A's Horacio Xabier got a free kick in the 61st minute. Albano Hondo hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Cornelio Lamberto hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 76 played minutes Horacio Xabier rounded SopinkIYCerebro's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Zacarias Erasto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Santiago Blasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santiago Blasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Xabier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the SopinkIYCerebro defense, Ariel Iliana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santiago Blasi. The SopinkIYCerebro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santiago Blasi should have stopped the shot. Ariel Iliana struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Santiago Blasi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stronghold S.A. After having played for 87 minutes, Horacio Xabier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stronghold S.A's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horacio Xabier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Stronghold S.A booed when SopinkIYCerebro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Su didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ariel Iliana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Horacio Xabier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 played minutes SopinkIYCerebro got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Eleder. In the 96th match minute, SopinkIYCerebro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteve Eleder to maneuver through the defense. When Ariel Iliana came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Stronghold S.A fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ariel Iliana couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Stronghold S.A left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SopinkIYCerebro.
