The corralon AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 10 minutes into the game, Filomeno Gines was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. corralon AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chovet the free kick. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herminio Abecia to make the kick off. Elvio Galo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Einar Sävström, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After some careless play in the Chovet defense, Santiago Lehoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elvio Galo. The Chovet fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elvio Galo should have stopped the shot. Elvio Galo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santiago Lehoi's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Einar Sävström notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Chovet's Elvio Galo. Elvio Galo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
