With a little luck, Apuyaco's Sixto Lertxun got control of the ball when Edgard Herauso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Apuyaco's Sixto Lertxun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Apuyaco from getting a goal against them. If Edgard Herauso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafael Clodio was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Rafael Clodio made a precise shot to the right of Sixto Lertxun. Apuyaco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. The audience was convinced that Rafael Clodio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sixto Lertxun was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Maximo Bide kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Celso Inge notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Apuyaco's Sixto Lertxun. Sixto Lertxun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sixto Lertxun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Herauso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Rafael Clodio notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of Apuyaco's Sixto Lertxun. Sixto Lertxun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 93 minutes of play, EL PEPO FC's Freddy Camerino made it 14-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sixto Lertxun was left in no man's land by his defense there! EL PEPO FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
