When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Matias Pero made a kick off. When Hector Medardo fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 89th minute of the match, Robert Rojas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but David Quinten saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. David Quinten was a little too slow when Maximiliano Rey got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 0-12.
