After a rather tough play, gutierrez sport club's Arnoldo Loramendi got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, Gladiadores's Matan Brito dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 10th minute Eugenio Gines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Mero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. gutierrez sport club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Matan Brito scored to the left of an out of position Santiago Mero, making the score, 2-0. 18 minutes into the match, gutierrez sport club's goalkeeper Santiago Mero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingo Goi. After 19 played minutes gutierrez sport club got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Tano. In the 20th minute, Matan Brito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gladiadores fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After 26th play minutes Eugenio Gines shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Santiago Mero and just under the crossbar into goal. Santiago Mero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Goi in the 30th minute of play. After some careless play in the Gladiadores defense, Arnoldo Loramendi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cesar Romelio. The Gladiadores fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cesar Romelio should have stopped the shot. 34 minutes in the game Constantino Oroitz did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Eugenio Gines. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Eugenio Gines took a quick shot and it went in 5-1 without a chance for Santiago Mero to make any attempt to save it. Costel Eta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Mero having to interfere. Santiago Mero made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Costel Eta sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Costel Eta made the kick off in the second half. Santiago Mero came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Gladiadores's Domingo Goi. But to his dismay, Domingo Goi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. In the 59th minute, Matan Brito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santiago Mero was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Cesar Romelio was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Arnoldo Loramendi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arnoldo Loramendi really showed his touch with that goal: 7-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matan Brito in the 79th minute of play forced gutierrez sport club's goalkeeper Santiago Mero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Eugenio Gines had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santiago Mero. gutierrez sport club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugenio Gines was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costel Eta in the 85th minute of play forced gutierrez sport club's goalkeeper Santiago Mero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago Mero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matan Brito in the 88th minute of the match. Matan Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Mero having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Matan Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to gutierrez sport club getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Eusebio Leizarraga hit a great ball.
