After having played for 5 minutes, Cristian Bembe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.C ALDO BONZI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Bembe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. René Higuita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Galindo in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of A.C ALDO BONZI booed when Kaplan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Eriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st match minute, A.C ALDO BONZI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Galindo to maneuver through the defense. Elias Goito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Soin in the 23rd minute of play. After 30 minutes, Florencio Eudoxio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.C ALDO BONZI and the Kaplan players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Kaplan booed when A.C ALDO BONZI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florencio Eudoxio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernan Oliveiro kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Cristian Bembe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Bembe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. René Higuita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Bembe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serafin Froylan in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elias Goito saved A.C ALDO BONZI from getting behind. René Higuita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernando Galindo went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score.

After a defensive mix-up in Kaplan's zone, Cristian Bembe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. René Higuita came out of the goal and Cristian Bembe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elias Goito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Soin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kaplan were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after A.C ALDO BONZI's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mauricio Cordera took the corner. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Cristian Bembe managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.C ALDO BONZI's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Bembe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. René Higuita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aristides Avellaneda got free with Elias Goito in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
