Albino Herena was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tobias Natal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. In the 7th minute, Genaro Tebaldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albino Herena was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Gustavo Berdoi's late challenge caught a Bayern Maurich's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustavo Berdoi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bayern Maurich booed when Guanacos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Berdoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Edelmiro Tiadoro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Guanacos's Celso Frutos didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Natal in the 13th minute of play forced Bayern Maurich's goalkeeper Albino Herena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th match minute, Bayern Maurich was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Quilo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 20 minutes, Edelmiro Tiadoro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bayern Maurich's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edelmiro Tiadoro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Genaro Fagondo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Celso Frutos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Bonifaco in the 27th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Bayern Maurich's goalkeeper Albino Herena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorato Federigo. Saverio Abilio might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celso Frutos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saverio Abilio ran back to his position shaking his head. Santiago Salomone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albino Herena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Natal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tobias Natal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Genaro Tebaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Herena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Anacleto Sanduru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albino Herena. Bayern Maurich's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anacleto Sanduru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 65th minute, one of Bayern Maurich:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bayern Maurich. Gustavo Berdoi placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After some careless play in the Bayern Maurich defense, Tobias Natal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albino Herena. The Bayern Maurich fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albino Herena should have stopped the shot. Gustavo Berdoi was shown his second yellow card after 71 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Guanacos getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Gustavo Berdoi hit a great ball. Guanacos made a substitution. Lucas Iratze replaced Honorato Federigo. After a rather tough play, Guanacos's Gustavo Berdoi got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute of the match Leonel Quilo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celso Frutos skillfully saved the ball. Albino Herena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Natal, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Abilio in the 81st minute of play forced Guanacos's goalkeeper Celso Frutos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Tobias Natal put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Albino Herena. Albino Herena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Natal in the 92nd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, Guanacos's Melchor Dimo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albino Herena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Guanacos had played much better football throughout.
