Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Melquiades Rosalio made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Cura del Futbol defense, Charles Darwin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilberto Hernandez. The Cura del Futbol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilberto Hernandez should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Cura del Futbol's Gilberto Hernandez got control of the ball when Sergio Berti tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gilberto Hernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuel Loramendi went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Loramendi in the 16th minute of play forced Cura del Futbol's goalkeeper Gilberto Hernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilberto Hernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergio Berti in the 18th minute. Gilberto Hernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sacha Boey in the 20th minute of the match. Cura del Futbol's Gilberto Hernandez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Cura del Futbol from getting a goal against them. Sergio Berti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Gilberto Hernandez made a huge save. When Melquiades Rosalio fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cura del Futbol's protests and gave Melquiades Rosalio a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Honorato Jorrin in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Quique Iglesias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samuel Loramendi during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Los Delfines's Samuel Loramendi got a free kick in the 34th minute. Honorato Jorrin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quique Iglesias having to interfere. Gilberto Hernandez made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Samuel Loramendi sent off a good shot on target. Gilberto Hernandez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sergio Berti showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 46 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 55th minute, Segundo Esiquio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Quique Iglesias. The goal made the score 3-1. In the 59th minute, Charles Darwin made a precise shot to the right of Gilberto Hernandez. Cura del Futbol's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Gilberto Hernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Loramendi in the 63rd minute of play. A collision led to Cura del Futbol getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Saturnino Montay hit a great ball. After 65 minutes of play, Los Delfines's Charles Darwin made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gilberto Hernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Samuel Loramendi struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Gilberto Hernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Delfines. Gilberto Hernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Berti in the 75th minute of play. Los Delfines's Quique Iglesias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Los Delfines from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Cura del Futbol getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Joel Leoncio hit a great ball. In the 84th minute Samuel Loramendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Hernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cura del Futbol's Gilberto Hernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles Darwin in the 85th minute of play. The supporters of Los Delfines booed when Cura del Futbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Montay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilberto Hernandez came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Delfines's Charles Darwin. But to his dismay, Charles Darwin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. Narciso Maranhense took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilberto Hernandez. Gilberto Hernandez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. Los Delfines's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
