MOEBIO's Ciro Teyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Benitez in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Rogelio Jaen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciro Teyo. MOEBIO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rogelio Jaen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in MOEBIO's zone, Cipriano Montez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Teyo came out of the goal and Cipriano Montez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Uriel Pere made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, MOEBIO's Ciro Teyo got control of the ball when Silverio Vachon tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, MOEBIO's goalkeeper Ciro Teyo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Siro Sal. In the 63rd minute, Samuel Thomas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of MOEBIO booed when Defensores de Mar de Ajó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Donostia didn't get a good kick on the ball. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 79th match minute, Defensores de Mar de Ajó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Donostia to maneuver through the defense. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MOEBIO the free kick. Silverio Vachon hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
