In the 7th match minute, BEIJO CARNAVAL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Gasteiz to maneuver through the defense. Arnulfo Atarratze kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Aaron Gasteiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Balendin having to interfere. Ambrosio Mannie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Calvet in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute Lucio Ihintza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Mannie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anier Balendin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Ciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 minutes BAC Belgrano de Cba's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Justo Garoa who took care of the corner kick. Aaron Gasteiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anier Balendin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aaron Gasteiz ran back to his position shaking his head. 38 minutes into the game, BAC Belgrano de Cba's Florencio Librado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ambrosio Mannie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Edgardo Franco might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anier Balendin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgardo Franco ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of BAC Belgrano de Cba booed when BEIJO CARNAVAL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florentino Ciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

51 minutes into the match, BEIJO CARNAVAL's goalkeeper Ambrosio Mannie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Braulio Peru. After 52 minutes, Arnulfo Atarratze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BAC Belgrano de Cba and the BEIJO CARNAVAL players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd minute Florentino Ciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Balendin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ambrosio Mannie made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Braulio Peru sent off a good shot on target. After 56 minutes BEIJO CARNAVAL's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ildefonso Isaio who took care of the corner kick. Ildefonso Isaio made a great header on BAC Belgrano de Cba's corner, it was just that BEIJO CARNAVAL's Ambrosio Mannie managed to reach the ball for a save. Anier Balendin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgardo Franco's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. In the 80th minute Aaron Gasteiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Balendin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the BAC Belgrano de Cba defense, Edgardo Franco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anier Balendin. The BAC Belgrano de Cba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anier Balendin should have stopped the shot.
