Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Matias Ramond started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Pegale De Puntín's zone, Cirilo Paublo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Paez came out of the goal and Cirilo Paublo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pegale De Puntín! Gerardo Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Pedro Azeari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leandro Cruz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Edgard Sadurni charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgard Sadurni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute, Edgard Sadurni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Cruz came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Pegale De Puntín's Matias Ramond. But to his dismay, Matias Ramond quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Cirilo Paublo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Francisco Paez made a huge save. Leandro Cruz came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Pegale De Puntín's Pedro Azeari. But to his dismay, Pedro Azeari quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Fecha Libre's Leandro Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Ramond in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Bastiaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Leandro Cruz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Francisco Paez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Rami in the 43rd minute of play. Fecha Libre's Leandro Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Azeari in the 44th minute of play. Francisco Paez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Paublo in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

In the 50th minute, Melchor Johans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Paez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Rami in the 52nd minute of the match. Francisco Paez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Paublo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Pegale De Puntín's Baldomero Kinsen got a free kick in the 55th minute. Leandro Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Bastiaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Paublo in the 61st minute of play forced Pegale De Puntín's goalkeeper Francisco Paez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 played minutes Fecha Libre got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Orland. A hard shot by Baldomero Kinsen from long distance, 64 minutes into the match, got Leandro Cruz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 65 minutes into the match, Matias Ramond dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leandro Cruz, 1-6. In the 69th minute of the match, Rodolfo Bastiaro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leandro Cruz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eugenio Tome hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 79th match minute, Pegale De Puntín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Bastiaro to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Tome in the 83rd minute of play forced Pegale De Puntín's goalkeeper Francisco Paez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Feliciano Ilixo fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pegale De Puntín's protests and gave Feliciano Ilixo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th match minute, Pegale De Puntín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Ilixo to maneuver through the defense. Pegale De Puntín's Francisco Paez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Tome in the 93rd minute of play. When the match was over Pegale De Puntín could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fecha Libre throughout the match.
