Fabricio Godoy started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Iigo in the 9th minute of play forced TALLERES DE CBA's goalkeeper Jimeno Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, TALLERES DE CBA's Teo Lico threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gonzalo Klusener, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jimeno Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Maraman, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Fabricio Godoys short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Teo Lico to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Teo Lico stood somewhat misplaced when Gonzalo Klusener came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 21 minute. Jimeno Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Faro, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Teo Iigo's late challenge caught a TALLERES DE CBA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teo Iigo helped the player get up and apologised. Teo Iigo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, TALLERES DE CBA's Teodosio Remicio got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After 39th play minutes Fabricio Godoy shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Teo Lico and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to Errecaborda AFC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Marcelo Eztebe hit a great ball. Lucio Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Jimeno Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Lucio Faro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Errecaborda AFC defense, Gonzalo Klusener kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teo Lico. The Errecaborda AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teo Lico should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Klusener in the 62nd minute of play forced Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Teo Lico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fabricio Godoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The TALLERES DE CBA fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when TALLERES DE CBA's Fabricio Godoy looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 76 minutes, Gonzalo Klusener mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TALLERES DE CBA and the Errecaborda AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Errecaborda AFC's Teo Lico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Klusener in the 83rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucio Faro during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th match minute, Errecaborda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Faro to maneuver through the defense. The TALLERES DE CBA fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when TALLERES DE CBA's Fabricio Godoy looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
