Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredo Montxo started the match with the kick off. 12 minutes into the match, Angelo Corderall dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sergio Goycochea, 1-0. In the 17th minute of the match, Hermosilla Concha tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sergio Goycochea saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, BloodHounds F.C.'s Sergio Goycochea got control of the ball when Angelo Corderall tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 32 minutes, Alfredo Montxo made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. River Plate ® 9-12's Pablo-Enrique Escobar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th match minute, River Plate ® 9-12 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lindo Pitol to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute of the match Fulgencio Sazon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pablo-Enrique Escobar skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Montxo in the 39th minute of play forced River Plate ® 9-12's goalkeeper Pablo-Enrique Escobar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergio Goycochea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dexter Morgan in the 40th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Fulgencio Sazon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BloodHounds F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelo Corderall made a kick off. After a rather tough play, BloodHounds F.C.'s Gary Neville got a free kick in the 54th minute. Bernabé Madrid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, River Plate ® 9-12's Pablo-Enrique Escobar got control of the ball when Fulgencio Sazon tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 61 played minutes BloodHounds F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Sazon. Bernabé Madrid might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sergio Goycochea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernabé Madrid ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th minute Bernabé Madrid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Goycochea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BloodHounds F.C.'s Sergio Goycochea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernabé Madrid in the 73rd minute of play. Celestino Velasco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pablo-Enrique Escobar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. A collision led to River Plate ® 9-12 getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Lindo Pitol hit a great ball. Dexter Morgan kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, BloodHounds F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Bautista came free, but Sergio Goycochea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Bernabé Madrid cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Sergio Goycochea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The BloodHounds F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BloodHounds F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
