Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Berkan Birsoy successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Raul Santxol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Romano in the 16th minute of the match. Rogelio Gombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejo Weterio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Berkan Birsoy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 30th minute, Alejo Weterio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Berkan Birsoy was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Berkan Birsoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Gombal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Aureliano Pancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raul Santxol was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Los Podridos ll eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
