Amapola's Gaspar Firme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Rencio in the 87th minute of play. With a little luck, Los Liquisue FC's Ladislao Cordarin got control of the ball when Generoso Tauro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Claudio Chumo kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Ladislao Cordarin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Txerran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los Liquisue FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
