Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jesus Iruinea got the match started through his kick off. After 2 played minutes Tama got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Bizen. Patricio Gartxot was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Andy Johnson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Misaki in the 6th minute of play forced Tama's goalkeeper Patricio Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Gartxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Johnson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th match minute, Tama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervasio Lucila to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, Tom Misaki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patricio Gartxot. Tama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tom Misaki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Patricio Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Johnson, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Inter Miami CF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Andy Johnson in the 30th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Tama's goalie and right to Andy Johnson. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Tama's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Julio Errando kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Rigoberto Eleazar was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 33rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Jesus Iruinea fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tama's protests and gave Jesus Iruinea a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tama getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jesus Iruinea hit a great ball. Lorenzo Silvanito kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Gabriel Poncio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andy Johnson did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Patricio Gartxot 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Andy Johnson made the kick off in the second half. Tom Misaki kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After 54 played minutes Tama got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Eleazar. Tom Misaki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armando Matia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valentin Senen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 57 minute of play. A collision led to Inter Miami CF getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Eugenio Socorro hit a great ball. The long shot by Rigoberto Eleazar in the 62nd minute really tested Armando Matia's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 64th minute, Tama's Benigno Frans ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Armando Matia. Armando Matia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. Rigoberto Eleazar kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesus Iruinea in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Matia saved Inter Miami CF from getting behind. In the 86th minute Inter Miami CF were awarded a corner. Andy Johnson went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Inter Miami CF's corner Andy Johnson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Patricio Gartxot quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Tama getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Maximo Bizen hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Juan Raúl Riquelme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Inter Miami CF's Armando Matia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Olayo in the 91st minute of play. In the 95th minute Gabriel Poncio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Matia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
