In the 5th minute, Javier Dabi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Patricio Gartxot. The goal made the score 1-0. Luis Beliran hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After having played for 8 minutes, Jesus Iruinea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesus Iruinea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 11 minutes into the game, Niceto Leguizamón recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Patricio Gartxot. Niceto Leguizamón showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 16 minutes into the match, Barreal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elvio Benitez came free, but Honorato Lluciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Lucila hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. When Melquiades Christobal fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tama's protests and gave Melquiades Christobal a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Barreal FC booed when Tama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Christobal didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Siro Abajas during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st minute, Siro Abajas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Elvio Benitez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tama's supporters rose to their feet, but Elvio Benitez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Lluciano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severo Rubio hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. When Lorenzo Dorio fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barreal FC's protests and gave Lorenzo Dorio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tama booed when Barreal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Dorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 played minutes Barreal FC got a freekick which was hit by Javier Dabi. 33 minutes into the match, Barreal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Iruinea came free, but Honorato Lluciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute Niceto Leguizamón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Gartxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnulfo Txilar kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Hernan Olayo scored 2-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Honorato Lluciano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46th match minute, Tama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Senen to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jesus Iruinea to make the kick off. Luis Beliran hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. 53 minutes into the match, Tama's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Bottin came free, but Patricio Gartxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorato Lluciano made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Jesus Iruinea sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th minute, Luis Beliran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honorato Lluciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Olayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patricio Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Mino in the 66th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Tama's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Dabi came free, but Patricio Gartxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barreal FC's Honorato Lluciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Benitez in the 78th minute of play. With his leg Honorato Lluciano managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Tama's Jesus Iruinea fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 87 played minutes Barreal FC got a freekick which was hit by Severo Rubio. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
