The referee ignored Celtic FC's protests and gave Armando Fidele a yellow card for diving instead. Cristobal Bermudez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Angelo Quico. Celtic FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Celtic FC's Angelo Quico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Celtic FC from getting a goal against them. Carlos Lope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Quico having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, Celtic FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Beila to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jimeno Pitin to make the kick off. A collision led to Celtic FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Niceto Naldo hit a great ball. Angelo Quico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Olarticoechea in the 52nd minute of the match. Magnus Svanér hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, AFC FUSION's Tiburcio Patxi got a free kick in the 57th minute. Leo Gonsalvo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gabri Arias. AFC FUSION's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Angelo Quico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Veto, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Carlos Lope received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Angelo Quico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nunez Arias in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Quico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Angelo Quico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Patxi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the AFC FUSION players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
