Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) pciclon's Filiberto Pietro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute, Florida Gulf Coast's Conrado Iliana seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Conrado Iliana the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Florida Gulf Coast protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Conrado Iliana had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of Florida Gulf Coast:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of pciclon:s goal. The goalkeeper, Lucio Geofredo, was totally fooled by pciclon's Matias Gombal, who 9 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximino Beila in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilfredo Tonete saved pciclon from getting behind. Maximino Beila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Tavio in the 33rd minute of play forced pciclon's goalkeeper Wilfredo Tonete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Pietro in the 37th minute of play forced Florida Gulf Coast's goalkeeper Lucio Geofredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximino Beila's late challenge caught a pciclon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximino Beila helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th minute, Maximino Beila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucio Geofredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filiberto Pietro, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivan Tavio to strike the kick off in the second half. Luis Sindo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucio Geofredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Ciro Corderun charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciro Corderun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Matias Gombal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucio Geofredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. After 65 played minutes Florida Gulf Coast got a freekick which was hit by Matias Eli. In the 69th match minute, pciclon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Gombal to maneuver through the defense. Lucio Geofredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Pietro in the 72nd minute of the match. pciclon's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ivan Tavio 77 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. 86 minutes into the match, Ivan Tavio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilfredo Tonete. pciclon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Tavio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Filiberto Pietro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Lucio Geofredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Florida Gulf Coast supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Florida Gulf Coast would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
