Bernardino Nevada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 played minutes Congo Bongo got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Berdoi. Mateo Ieltxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Blai in the 13th minute of play. Bernardino Nevada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Piorno, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute of the match Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT got a corner. Congo Bongo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Iker Nel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Iker Nel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bernardino Nevada in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bernardino Nevada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Panfilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Panfilo in the 25th minute of play forced Congo Bongo's goalkeeper Bernardino Nevada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Congo Bongo's Bernardino Nevada got control of the ball when Ricardo Panfilo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Congo Bongo booed when Fac. de Ed. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lino Tonete got free with Mateo Ieltxu in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardo Panfilo in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardino Nevada prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
