Nunez Astudillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Estrellas de Caballito's Alberto Refugio got a free kick in the 40th minute. Nunez Astudillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hermengildo Etxeberri's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Eduardo Luzaide sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benicio Mateo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Benicio Mateo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the match, 1984 Castelli Futbol's Enzo Ekain broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Estrellas de Caballito's Nunez Astudillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Etxeberri in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, 1984 Castelli Futbol's Enzo Ekain ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nunez Astudillo. Nunez Astudillo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Cosme Sansone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Nunez Astudillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, 1984 Castelli Futbol's Maximiliano Ponce sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nunez Astudillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Estrellas de Caballito fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. 1984 Castelli Futbol were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
