An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Bautista in the 40th minute of play forced Olds School Pepo's goalkeeper Fernan Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilfredo Segio made a kick off. Fernan Cortez had in the 69thth minute some difficulties stopping Fabricio Lorencio's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 70th minute Aristides Rayman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernan Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 played minutes Olds School Pepo got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Tancredo. 74 minutes into the match, Club Almirante Brown's goal looked a bit too open when Gualterio Bonadona came free, but Isidoro Dolfos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Club Almirante Brown could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Olds School Pepo throughout the match.
