When La Candela FC's Amancio Abancens in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Volvimos mejores's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute Amadeo Su shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Asteri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Volvimos mejores's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Abancens came free, but Samuel Asteri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel Asteri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Abancens in the 28th minute of play. Benigno Guillem made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Eurico Lima sent off a good shot on target. Volvimos mejores's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Cordearo in the 31st minute. Samuel Asteri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Toribio in the 35th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, La Candela FC's Lucio Matia got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Gilberto Eleazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Amancio Abancens made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amancio Abancens during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amancio Abancens kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Benigno Guillem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eurico Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. La Candela FC's Benigno Guillem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Eleazar in the 69th minute of play. La Candela FC's Fulgencio Berto was substituted for Amancio Abancens. After a rather tough play, Volvimos mejores's Baraquiel Labarra got a free kick in the 73rd minute. With his leg Samuel Asteri managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when La Candela FC's Fulgencio Berto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alejandro Avellaneda hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute of the match Carlos Cordearo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benigno Guillem skillfully saved the ball. La Candela FC's Benigno Guillem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Valente in the 86th minute of play. Benigno Guillem came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Volvimos mejores's Baraquiel Labarra. But to his dismay, Baraquiel Labarra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Inocencio Valente struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Benigno Guillem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Volvimos mejores. A collision led to La Candela FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Cipriano Florin hit a great ball. La Candela FC were furious when Lucio Matia was red carded, 94 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave Volvimos mejores a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eurico Lima, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of La Candela FC's Benigno Guillem. 2-0. The supporters of Volvimos mejores booed when La Candela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Florin didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Volvimos mejores had played much better football throughout.
