The referee felt a red card was in order, 6 minutes into the game, when Cayetano Eleder put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Don Malbec getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Cayetano Eleder hit a great ball. Marcelo Florin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Emilian Martinez made a huge save. Sergio Massa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felix Nahia's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. After 11 minutes, Felix Nahia made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Legio X Eqvestris's Sergio Massa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Don Malbec's Ted Lasso in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Legio X Eqvestris's goalie prevented a goal. Ramon Nafarroa hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Sergio Massa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ted Lasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Ted Lasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Sergio Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Don Malbec's Emilian Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Haritz in the 29th minute of play. Emilian Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Luzaide in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Don Malbec's Ted Lasso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sergio Massa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Guido Haritz fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Legio X Eqvestris's protests and gave Guido Haritz a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Legio X Eqvestris's Guido Haritz got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 37 minutes of play, Legio X Eqvestris's Gustavo Luzaide made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emilian Martinez was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Matias Obeko came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Legio X Eqvestris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Obeko couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute, Guido Haritz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emilian Martinez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guido Haritz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sergio Massa came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Don Malbec's Ted Lasso. But to his dismay, Ted Lasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Emilian Martinez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Luzaide in the 57th minute of the match. Felix Nahias short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Sergio Massa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Legio X Eqvestris's Sergio Massa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Legio X Eqvestris from getting a goal against them. Marcelo Florin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emilian Martinez. Don Malbec's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 66th minute, Ted Lasso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sergio Massa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Sergio Massa made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Ted Lasso sent off a good shot on target. Emilian Martinez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Obeko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ted Lasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Don Malbec's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Haritz came free, but Emilian Martinez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Don Malbec's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcelo Florin was slow to take the kick. During this time Legio X Eqvestris's players had a chance to rest. In the 86th match minute, Legio X Eqvestris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Louis to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ted Lasso got free with Sergio Massa in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sergio Massa made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Ted Lasso sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Haritz in the 89th minute of play forced Don Malbec's goalkeeper Emilian Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Edgard Michael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emilian Martinez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Louis in the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Haritz in the 94th minute of play forced Don Malbec's goalkeeper Emilian Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute, Don Malbec's Ted Lasso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Don Malbec eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
