Camilo Isauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Elorri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atilano Maidana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Isauro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Mateo Berriotxoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Olivar, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Camilo Isauro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilano Maidana in the 16th minute of the match. Mateo Berriotxoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Martxel in the 17th minute of play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amadeo Martxel to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tadeo Elorri got free with Camilo Isauro in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Martxel in the 71st minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Mateo Berriotxoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
