Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Victor Heredia started the match with the kick off. John Locke made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Victorio Oliverio sent off a good shot on target. Eustaquio Sengrat came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by SAN LORENZO FC's Nereo Rodas. But to his dismay, Nereo Rodas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Heredia in the 14th minute of play forced LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalkeeper Eustaquio Sengrat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Locke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salva Moresco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the game, Nereo Rodas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SAN LORENZO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LiBeRiA F.C. the free kick. In the 18th minute, Nereo Rodas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victorio Oliverio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but John Locke firmly grabbed it by the left post. Paolo Oriol took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised John Locke. John Locke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Sergio Marchi lost his temper 44 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

John Locke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Reyes in the 52nd minute of play. The corner led LiBeRiA F.C.'s Hugo Leobardo to fire away a dangerous shot which John Locke despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the SAN LORENZO FC defense, Damaso Reyes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of John Locke. The SAN LORENZO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that John Locke should have stopped the shot. Paolo Oriol hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After 62 minutes, Jorge Rinaldi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SAN LORENZO FC and the LiBeRiA F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th minute, Federico Eleazar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Federico Eleazar 76 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. SAN LORENZO FC's John Locke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salva Moresco in the 79th minute of play. John Locke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salva Moresco in the 80th minute of play. Hugo Leobardo hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Matosas during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, SAN LORENZO FC's Gustavo Matosas got a free kick in the 82nd minute. John Locke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Reyes in the 85th minute of play. SAN LORENZO FC's John Locke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Oliverio in the 86th minute of play. Eustaquio Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Rinaldi in the 93rd minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
