Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lucas Barcelos started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, La Naranja Mecánica's Gonzalo Morales sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guy Beebe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. C A U's Guy Beebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Morales in the 11th minute of play. A collision led to C A U getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Alfredo Distiratsu hit a great ball. Gonzalo Morales recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of C A U booed when La Naranja Mecánica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Platini didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute, Israel Xabat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guy Beebe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some careless play in the C A U defense, Gonzalo Morales kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guy Beebe. The C A U fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guy Beebe should have stopped the shot. After 29 minutes of play, La Naranja Mecánica's Gonzalo Morales made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guy Beebe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Guy Beebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Morales in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute Gonzalo Morales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guy Beebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldo Oidor's late challenge caught a C A U's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Osvaldo Oidor helped the player get up and apologised. A sloppy throw-in by Cristo Iraunkor in the 47th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by C A U's İdris Doğu. The C A U players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Naranja Mecánica were winning 0-3.

In the 51st minute, Lucas Barcelos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guy Beebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Morales in the 60th minute of the match. After some careless play in the La Naranja Mecánica defense, Lucas Barcelos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Otto Smitt. The La Naranja Mecánica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Otto Smitt should have stopped the shot. The throw-in from Cristo Iraunkor in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by C A U's İdris Doğu. In the 71st minute, İdris Doğu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute Gonzalo Morales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guy Beebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Lucas Barcelos managed to get in a good position for a shot. C A U's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Barcelos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Otto Smitt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th match minute, C A U was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İdris Doğu to maneuver through the defense. The La Naranja Mecánica fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when La Naranja Mecánica's Gonzalo Morales looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Morales in the 84th minute of play forced C A U's goalkeeper Guy Beebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, C A U's Jorge Nahia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Otto Smitt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded La Naranja Mecánica left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than C A U.
