Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Santana Antequera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juan-Carlos Gonzalo having to make a save. If Manex Pajazo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Atlético Bucaramanga's goal looked a bit too open when Ron Pina came free, but Juan-Carlos Gonzalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santana Antequera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan-Carlos Gonzalo having to interfere. If Santana Antequera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Juan-Carlos Gonzalo came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Ron Pina. But to his dismay, Ron Pina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 30 minutes into the match, Ron Pina notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Atlético Bucaramanga's Juan-Carlos Gonzalo. Juan-Carlos Gonzalo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Christovao Haces made an important save on a dangerous shot by Weterio Caceo in the 36th minute. When Laffitte Camino came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laffitte Camino couldn't finish the play. In the 46th match minute, Atlético Bucaramanga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silban Bonifaz to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Santana Antequera made a kick off. Magdaleno Limon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ron Pina hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Santana Antequera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan-Carlos Gonzalo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Atlético Bucaramanga's Juan-Carlos Gonzalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santana Antequera in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute of the match Nabucodonosor Segundo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christovao Haces skillfully saved the ball. Juan-Carlos Gonzalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santana Antequera, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 75th match minute, Atlético Bucaramanga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elixio Garros to maneuver through the defense. Juan-Carlos Gonzalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ron Pina in the 79th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Atlético Bucaramanga's goal looked a bit too open when Ron Pina came free, but Juan-Carlos Gonzalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manex Pajazo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Juan-Carlos Gonzalo made a huge save. Magdaleno Limon was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 89 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of Club Dep. Soc. Rodo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Atlético Bucaramanga:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elixio Garros in the 97th minute of play forced Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Christovao Haces to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Atlético Bucaramanga fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
