Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) 3 minutes into the match, Real Unión CF's goal looked a bit too open when Darell Frey came free, but Emanuel Neuer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olin Piper in the 4th minute of play forced Real Unión CF's goalkeeper Emanuel Neuer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cameron Cardona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emanuel Neuer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Curt Littlejohn in the 8th minute of play. In the 8th minute Curt Littlejohn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Neuer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reginald Fisher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Emanuel Neuer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Darell Frey in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuel Neuer saved Real Unión CF from getting behind. When Curt Littlejohn came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Stowe City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Curt Littlejohn couldn't finish the play. Theron Gregg hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Castulo Quiroga during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Real Unión CF's Castulo Quiroga got a free kick in the 27th minute. Cameron Cardona scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emanuel Neuer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Real Unión CF's Emanuel Neuer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cameron Cardona in the 31st minute of play. The wind increased when Darell Frey made the kick off in the second half. Estavan Bichesne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Willie Cabrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Darell Frey received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emanuel Neuer came out and tried to block the shot, but Darell Frey slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 63rd minute. 68 minutes into the match, Darell Frey dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emanuel Neuer, 0-3. After some careless play in the Stowe City defense, Gutierre Chamorro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Willie Cabrera. The Stowe City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Willie Cabrera should have stopped the shot. Emanuel Neuer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darell Frey, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Darell Frey kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emanuel Neuer. That made the score 1-4 in the 90 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Real Unión CF's Castulo Quiroga got a free kick in the 95th minute. After 97 played minutes Real Unión CF got a freekick which was hit by Gutierre Chamorro. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Stowe City eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
