In the 21st minute, Stowe City's Olin Piper ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Juan-Carlos Gonzalo. Juan-Carlos Gonzalo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Juan-Carlos Gonzalo made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Cameron Cardona sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Stowe City's Juan-Carlos Gonzalo threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Curt Littlejohn, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 26 played minutes Stowe City got a freekick which was hit by Frankie Welsh. In the 30th minute, Stowe City's Curt Littlejohn ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Juan-Carlos Gonzalo. Juan-Carlos Gonzalo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 33rd minute, Darell Frey made a precise shot to the right of Juan-Carlos Gonzalo. Atlético Bucaramanga's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 36th minute, Stowe City's Darell Frey ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Juan-Carlos Gonzalo. Juan-Carlos Gonzalo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. Darell Frey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juan-Carlos Gonzalo having to make a save. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lugo Saavedra made a kick off. After 50 played minutes Atlético Bucaramanga got a freekick which was hit by Hulberto Arango. Atlético Bucaramanga's Juan-Carlos Gonzalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darell Frey in the 51st minute of play. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Darell Frey sped through Atlético Bucaramanga's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juan-Carlos Gonzalo. Atlético Bucaramanga's Juan-Carlos Gonzalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darell Frey in the 56th minute of play.
