Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chabier Belon started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Odilon Rozano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Froylan Chagavia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th match minute, Atletico Aragua FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerico Bazquez to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Real Unión CF booed when Atletico Aragua FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chabier Belon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 8 minutes of play, Real Unión CF's Gutierre Chamorro made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Froylan Chagavia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chabier Belon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Emanuel Neuer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gutierre Chamorro scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Froylan Chagavia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emanuel Neuer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chabier Belon in the 18th minute. After 19 played minutes Real Unión CF got a freekick which was hit by Felix Santoyo. In the 30th minute, Estavan Bichesne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chabier Belon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Froylan Chagavia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gutierre Chamorro in the 35th minute of the match. Chabier Belon hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, Real Unión CF's Gutierre Chamorro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Froylan Chagavia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Froylan Chagavia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Odilon Rozano in the 39th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Ostots Pita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Unión CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ostots Pita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Froylan Chagavia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 46 minutes Real Unión CF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Otsoko Queipo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Atletico Aragua FC's Otsoko Queipo to fire away a dangerous shot which Emanuel Neuer despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After the first half Real Unión CF were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

53 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gutierre Chamorro came free, but Froylan Chagavia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Froylan Chagavia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gutierre Chamorro's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Odilon Rozano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Froylan Chagavia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 minutes, Castulo Quiroga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Unión CF and the Atletico Aragua FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 69 played minutes Real Unión CF got a freekick which was hit by Castulo Quiroga. In the 70th minute, Gutierre Chamorro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Gutierre Chamorro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Unión CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Gutierre Chamorro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Froylan Chagavia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gutierre Chamorro came free, but Froylan Chagavia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Melchor Quadros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Odilon Rozano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Froylan Chagavia made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Odilon Rozano sent off a good shot on target. Estavan Bichesne might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Froylan Chagavia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Estavan Bichesne ran back to his position shaking his head. After 85 played minutes Real Unión CF got a freekick which was hit by Estavan Bichesne. When Estavan Bichesne came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Real Unión CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Estavan Bichesne couldn't finish the play. After 88 played minutes Atletico Aragua FC got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Marchamalo. Veto Traslago kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gutierre Chamorro came free, but Froylan Chagavia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Unión CF played a much better game than Atletico Aragua FC and deserved their victory. The Atletico Aragua FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
