Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Roberto Balendin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jacob Scruggs came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Vampiros Aztecas's Roberto Balendin. But to his dismay, Roberto Balendin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 10th match minute, Slower Lower FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tracy Pennington to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute Ivan Estevon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Scruggs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Guaberto Weather notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Slower Lower FC's Jacob Scruggs. Jacob Scruggs was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jacob Scruggs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Estevon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ezra Griggs hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Guaberto Weather ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacob Scruggs was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Ivan Estevon scored 0-5 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacob Scruggs, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacob Scruggs didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roberto Balendin went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Jacob Scruggs didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guaberto Weather went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Slower Lower FC defense, Roberto Balendin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacob Scruggs. The Slower Lower FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacob Scruggs should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the game, Roberto Balendin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Jacob Scruggs was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jacob Scruggs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Weather, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's goalkeeper Fabricio Gervaso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Henderson. Tracy Pennington received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Fabricio Gervaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-10 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Vampiros Aztecas's Fabricio Gervaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerome Middleton in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Tracy Pennington ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabricio Gervaso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-10. 57 minutes into the game, Laureano Eusko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-11. Jacob Scruggs was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Guaberto Weather fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacob Scruggs having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Vampiros Aztecas's Jacob Scruggs threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ivan Estevon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 66 played minutes Slower Lower FC got a freekick which was hit by Ezra Griggs. Joakim Rhinow recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacob Scruggs made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Roberto Balendin sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the match, Slower Lower FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Estevon came free, but Jacob Scruggs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Slower Lower FC defense, Roberto Balendin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacob Scruggs. The Slower Lower FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacob Scruggs should have stopped the shot. Jacob Scruggs made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Laureano Eusko sent off a good shot on target. Jacob Scruggs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Balendin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the game, Ivan Estevon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacob Scruggs. Ivan Estevon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-14. In the 85th minute, Guaberto Weather left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vampiros Aztecas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-15. 89 minutes into the match, Slower Lower FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Estevon came free, but Jacob Scruggs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tracy Pennington sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabricio Gervaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tracy Pennington, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Slower Lower FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vampiros Aztecas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
