After having played for 26 minutes, Morgan Wilkerson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. American Top Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Morgan Wilkerson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Lorenzo Ellis made a precise shot to the right of Mitch Samuels. Mechanicville's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Robert Sands took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mitch Samuels. Mitch Samuels dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Mitch Samuels didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boyd Delgado went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. The supporters of American Top Team booed when Mechanicville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clark Hess didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lorenzo Ellis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boyd Delgado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boyd Delgado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Mitch Samuels made a huge save.
