The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Pope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sotomayor Pendones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Key Biscayne FC's Drew Latham ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Osorio Umbria. Osorio Umbria yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Drew Latham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Lance Pate took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Osorio Umbria to make any attempt to save it. After 16 played minutes, Key Biscayne FC's Rickey Joseph shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Osorio Umbria came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Key Biscayne FC reached it. Drew Latham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osorio Umbria having to interfere. Lance Pate could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Osorio Umbria made a huge save. With a little luck, FC Philotimo's Osorio Umbria got control of the ball when Lance Pate tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emanuel Solsona was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 25 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FC Philotimo's Emanuel Solsona got a free kick in the 25th minute. Rickey Joseph struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Osorio Umbria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Key Biscayne FC. FC Philotimo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Lance Pate scored to the left of an out of position Osorio Umbria, making the score, 3-0. Osorio Umbria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Drew Latham, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 38 played minutes Key Biscayne FC got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Akins. In the 40th minute Anangonó Villabedon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Pope saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Key Biscayne FC's Drew Latham ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Osorio Umbria. Osorio Umbria yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0.
Gustavo Lloret charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustavo Lloret the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Drew Latham managed to get in a good position for a shot. Key Biscayne FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Drew Latham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osorio Umbria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lance Pate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osorio Umbria having to interfere. Osorio Umbria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lance Pate in the 58th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Lucas Akins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Héctor Llorets short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Francisco Pope to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 66 minutes into the match, FC Philotimo's goal looked a bit too open when Drew Latham came free, but Osorio Umbria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lance Pate in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osorio Umbria saved FC Philotimo from getting behind. Gustavo Lloret kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Drew Latham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 73 minutes into the match, FC Philotimo's goal looked a bit too open when Lance Pate came free, but Osorio Umbria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Key Biscayne FC's Francisco Pope proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Key Biscayne FC from getting a goal against them. 83 minutes into the match, FC Philotimo's goal looked a bit too open when Drew Latham came free, but Osorio Umbria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84thth minute of the game Lance Pate who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Philotimo's Osorio Umbria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 85 minutes, Vico Lloret mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Philotimo and the Key Biscayne FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Philotimo's Vico Lloret got a free kick in the 85th minute. Lance Pate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lance Pate in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osorio Umbria saved FC Philotimo from getting behind. In the 90th minute, Drew Latham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Osorio Umbria came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Key Biscayne FC's Joey Mock. But to his dismay, Joey Mock quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 95th match minute, Key Biscayne FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rickey Joseph to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Key Biscayne FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
