A well-hit corner resulted in Vicente Depino heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 8thth minute of the game Leopoldo Laurgain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inter de Guayaquil FC's Zuriko Lagala was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 9 minutes Inter de Guayaquil FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leopoldo Laurgain who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s corner Gogo Montrelle fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zuriko Lagala quite easily take care of the ball. Agustin Pagomari made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Depino in the 12th minute. Juan-Alfredo Guceño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Inter de Guayaquil FC's Vicente Depino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Agustin Pagomari narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Agustin Pagomari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vicente Depino's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Juan-Alfredo Guceño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vicente Depino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Agustin Pagomari came out and tried to block the shot, but Vicente Depino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 24th minute. If Vicente Depino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vicente Depino got free with Agustin Pagomari in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Inter de Guayaquil FC booed when Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Tabb didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan-Alfredo Guceño took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agustin Pagomari. Agustin Pagomari dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Vicente Depino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Depino came free, but Agustin Pagomari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39thth minute of the game Vicente Depino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Agustin Pagomari was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Inter de Guayaquil FC were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roque Mora took the corner. Roque Mora made a great header on Inter de Guayaquil FC's corner, it was just that Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Agustin Pagomari managed to reach the ball for a save. If Juan-Alfredo Guceño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agustin Pagomari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Depino, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Agustin Pagomari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan-Alfredo Guceño in the 64th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Vicente Depino made a precise shot to the right of Agustin Pagomari. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 71st minute, Vicente Depino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Inter de Guayaquil FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. The Inter de Guayaquil FC fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Inter de Guayaquil FC's Vicente Depino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Agustin Pagomari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Depino in the 88th minute of play. In the 93rdth minute of the game Juan-Alfredo Guceño who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Agustin Pagomari was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
