In the 3rd minute Jobo Abel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Pedro Owen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CRUZ DEL SUR's Juan Pedro Owen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jobo Abel in the 5th minute of play. Brion Abel kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as CRUZ DEL SUR's Francisco Cruz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ado Abello. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. In the 15th minute Paco Cabedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ado Abello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paco Cabedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Ado Abello made a huge save. Atarratze Abarca hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Ado Abello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paco Cabedo in the 27th minute of the match. Ado Abello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paco Cabedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Cruz got free with Ado Abello in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ado Abello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Ado Abello came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by CRUZ DEL SUR's Francisco Cruz. But to his dismay, Francisco Cruz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 40 minutes into the match, Atarratze Abarca notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of CRUZ DEL SUR's Juan Pedro Owen. Juan Pedro Owen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paco Cabedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Octavia's Atarratze Abarca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Pedro Owen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Juan Pedro Owen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brion Abel in the 61st minute of the match. Paco Cabedo scored 4-2 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ado Abello, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. CRUZ DEL SUR's Vid Murgelj was substituted for Francisco Cruz. CRUZ DEL SUR's Maurín Angulo was substituted for Jude Cruz. Ado Abello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vid Murgelj in the 79th minute of the match. Loreto Urceda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, CRUZ DEL SUR's Paco Cabedo got a free kick in the 87th minute. After a rather tough play, Octavia's Papo Abalos got a free kick in the 88th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CRUZ DEL SUR fans cheered their team off the field, for while Octavia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
