Somerset's Alfred Russo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oihan Onis in the 6th minute of play. Alfred Russo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oihan Onis went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 14th minute, Oihan Onis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Programayin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 16th minute, Donny Lincoln hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Michael Pimentel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alfred Russo. Somerset's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eguen Catalan in the 41st minute of play forced Somerset's goalkeeper Alfred Russo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Somerset's goal looked a bit too open when Eguen Catalan came free, but Alfred Russo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Programayin's Eguen Catalan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfred Russo. Alfred Russo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Alfred Russo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eguen Catalan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 62 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eguen Catalan in the 65th minute of play forced Somerset's goalkeeper Alfred Russo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfred Russo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 90th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Michael Pimentel. Alfred Russo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eguen Catalan in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of Somerset booed when Programayin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denílson Colmenares didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Somerset's Ervin Woodall broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When the match was over Programayin could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Somerset throughout the match.
