When Algarrobo's Adriel Argandoña in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Salvadore Abaunza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Petr Čech made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Algarrobo's Juan Jesus Orrego got a free kick in the 10th minute. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Américo Díaz put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Petr Čech. Algarrobo's Petr Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Américo Díaz in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Algarrobo's goalkeeper Petr Čech had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Salvadore Abaunza. Petr Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Américo Díaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Ibarra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidelio Aldunate, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Algarrobo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fidelio Aldunate in the 28th minute. The corner ended in Fidelio Aldunate almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kalatakaya F.C.'s Luis Ibarra did a great save. With a little luck, Algarrobo's Petr Čech got control of the ball when Salvadore Abaunza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Salvadore Abaunza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Petr Čech came out and tried to block the shot, but Salvadore Abaunza slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 32nd minute. The corner ended in Salvadore Abaunza almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Algarrobo's Petr Čech did a great save. The Kalatakaya F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Kalatakaya F.C.'s Salvadore Abaunza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Algarrobo's Petr Čech proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Algarrobo from getting a goal against them. Algarrobo's attentive Fidelio Aldunate managed to snatch the ball when Edward Zenteno made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. Salvadore Abaunza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Petr Čech made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Maxín Escudero made the kick off in the second half. Luis Ibarra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxín Escudero in the 53rd minute of the match. After 55 played minutes Algarrobo got a freekick which was hit by Jose Miguel Reinaga. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Américo Díaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kalatakaya F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Américo Díaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petr Čech breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Petr Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Américo Díaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 61 played minutes Kalatakaya F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Molina. In the 63rd minute, Américo Díaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Maxín Escudero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Algarrobo's supporters rose to their feet, but Maxín Escudero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luis Ibarra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eleazar Ardizzoni kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Petr Čech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Américo Díaz in the 70th minute of play. Luis Ibarra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonzalo Abarzuza in the 71st minute. A collision led to Kalatakaya F.C. getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Edward Zenteno hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Algarrobo's Jose Miguel Reinaga got a free kick in the 77th minute. When Maximiliano Abeijon came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Kalatakaya F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Abeijon couldn't finish the play. 79 minutes into the match, Algarrobo's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Molina came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Kalatakaya F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Zenteno to maneuver through the defense. Luis Ibarra came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Algarrobo's Kazuo Koriotto. But to his dismay, Kazuo Koriotto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Algarrobo's Kazuo Koriotto quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Edward Zenteno, made in the 85th minute of the game. Kazuo Koriotto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Algarrobo's Eleazar Ardizzoni got a free kick in the 90th minute. Salvadore Abaunza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalkeeper Luis Ibarra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonzalo Abarzuza. With an all-out effort, Algarrobo's Luis Ibarra threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maxín Escudero, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
