César Melgarejo's late challenge caught a Roneros F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. César Melgarejo helped the player get up and apologised. After 4 played minutes Pepsi Fuchibol Clu got a freekick which was hit by César Melgarejo. After some careless play in the Pepsi Fuchibol Clu defense, Figueroa Aviñante kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lesardo Abadie. The Pepsi Fuchibol Clu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lesardo Abadie should have stopped the shot. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Dolcet Abancens got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Gonzalo Barja had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lesardo Abadie. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gonzalo Barja was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When Roneros F.C.'s Alberto Lombillo in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Lesardo Abadie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Barja, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goal looked a bit too open when Figueroa Aviñante came free, but Lesardo Abadie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match Roneros F.C. got a corner. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gonzalo Barja ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hernando Vilaprenyo kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 23 minutes of play, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Ordono Abaurre made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Asensio Berzosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dolcet Abancens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Asensio Berzosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lesardo Abadie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Lombillo in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Roneros F.C.'s Alberto Lombillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lesardo Abadie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Asensio Berzosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from César Melgarejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Dolcet Abancens got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ordono Abaurre was the one to do the kick off. César Melgarejo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Asensio Berzosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roneros F.C. made a substitution. Walter Luzuriaga replaced Héctor Gainzarain. After a rather tough play, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Rosario Abenda got a free kick in the 57th minute. Lesardo Abadie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Lombillo in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Roneros F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rosario Abenda came free, but Asensio Berzosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Figueroa Aviñante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lesardo Abadie having to interfere. Gonzalo Barja took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lesardo Abadie. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Jerrold Abella got a free kick in the 70th minute. 73 minutes into the match, Gonzalo Barja notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Lesardo Abadie. Lesardo Abadie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 76 minutes, Gonzalo Barja managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roneros F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonzalo Barja was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roneros F.C.'s Asensio Berzosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ordono Abaurre in the 78th minute of play. Vicente Abechuco lost his temper 90 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Pepsi Fuchibol Clu getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Vicente Abechuco hit a great ball. Roneros F.C.'s Gonzalo Barja got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Lombillo in the 93rd minute of play forced Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goalkeeper Lesardo Abadie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes in the game, Alberto Lombillo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lesardo Abadie having to interfere. The Pepsi Fuchibol Clu supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Roneros F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Roneros F.C..
