Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luis Aravena started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Magallanes's zone, Juan Arrelucea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomás Las Casas came out of the goal and Juan Arrelucea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 12 minutes into the match, Intimos de Reynoso's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Fritz came free, but Oliver Arrelucea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12th play minutes Luis Aravena shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Oliver Arrelucea and just under the crossbar into goal. After 16 minutes Intimos de Reynoso's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lino Bombal who took care of the corner kick. Lino Bombal charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lino Bombal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Magallanes's Lino Bombal got a free kick in the 18th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Magallanes's goalkeeper Tomás Las Casas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eriz Baños. Oliver Arrelucea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Izaga in the 24th minute of the match. Oliver Arrelucea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Aravena, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Tomás Las Casas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Arrelucea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Juan Arrelucea sped through Magallanes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tomás Las Casas. Hipolito Fritz hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Tomás Las Casas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Arrelucea in the 38th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Gustavo Arrelucea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tomás Las Casas. That made the score 2-1 in the 46 minute of play.

In the 51st minute, Eriz Baños hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hipolito Fritz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Oliver Arrelucea firmly grabbed it by the left post. Intimos de Reynoso's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vedillo Legarda in the 56th minute. In the 64th minute Tavo Arrelucea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Las Casas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomás Las Casas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Arrelucea in the 67th minute of the match. Oliver Arrelucea made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Hipolito Fritz sent off a good shot on target. Hipolito Fritz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. Tomás Las Casas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Arrelucea in the 84th minute of the match. Emilio Formoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eriz Baños had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bernardo Dibarrart kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Vedillo Legarda missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 96 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Tomás Las Casas right hand side. Magallanes's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
