Oscar Federspiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Lizar in the 5th minute of the match. The Old Boys's Vinicio Bidari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Zamora in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, The Old Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Kerry Flöter came free, but Vinicio Bidari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vinicio Bidari didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 13th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 16th minute, Ramon Mena left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SAPRIMECKBEL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Miguel Mondragon kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Bennie Nuñez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Vinicio Bidari made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Aquilino Lauren managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Old Boys's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquilino Lauren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Federspiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, Cláudio Suárez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute, Kerry Flöter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinicio Bidari was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. There was no doubt that SAPRIMECKBEL were the better team. SAPRIMECKBEL's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
