In the 3rd minute of the match Christian Errando sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yerko Courtois skillfully saved the ball. Justino Vigil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armin Arlet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armin Arlet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Real Ayuntamiento CF's Wilfredo Dominix got a free kick in the 17th minute. Arnaldo Cordeiro was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 18 minutes into the match. After 19 played minutes Real Ayuntamiento CF got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Cordeiro. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Justino Vigil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Hugo Tagle in the 19th minute of play. Yerko Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Libertad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yerko Courtois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Libertad in the 29th minute of the match. After 30 minutes, Matias Ricart mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Ayuntamiento CF and the SICARIOS Fútbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Real Ayuntamiento CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Hugo Tagle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SICARIOS Fútbol Club eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
